I didn’t leave
the 9–5
to play it safe.

I believe the strongest brands start with a moment of clarity. The realization that blending in isn’t an option.

Not every brand needs to shout. But it does need to mean something. It needs to reflect the person behind it, not a trend cycle or a recycled framework. I’m interested in work that has substance, the kind that feels right, not just looks right.

That’s why I design beyond the mold. With care. With discernment. With an attention to detail that doesn’t rush the process. I work with founders to uncover what’s already there and shape it into a brand that feels confident AND intentional.

I KNOW THAT THIS SECTION BELOW LOOKS BLANK, BUT iT ACTUALLY HAS THE COOL TEXT OVERLAY FOR THE CANVAS ABOVE. TO EDIT IT, JUST CLICK THE TEXT, TURN IT BLACK FOR NOW, EDIT IT, THEN TURN IT BACK to WHITE OR LEAVE IT BLACK AND CHOOSE A LIGHTER IMAGE WHERE THAT LADY IS BECAUSE THAT LOOKS REALLY COOl, TOO,. :)

In a world full of noise, the brands that rise are the ones with clarity and conviction. I design intentional brand identities and digital experiences that reflect your power, elevate your presence, and set you apart in all the right ways.

BEHIND
the BRAND

I’m Morgan Alfrejd. Founder. Queen of Brands.

Before going full-steam ahead into my own studio, I spent six years inside fast-paced ad tech marketing teams, shaping brands from the inside out. I began as a Creative Manager and grew into an Art Director, partnering directly with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.

That environment sharpened my thinking. Every decision had to hold up in a C-suite room. Why this color? Why this typeface? Why this positioning? Design became a business tool and a way to turn strategy into visual form. I learned to anchor every creative choice in business objectives, narrative clarity, and long-term brand meaning. There was no room for superfluous choices and that was when I really fell in love with the art of intention.

Before ad tech, I worked in magazine and newspaper design. That chapter trained my speed and discipline. Tight deadlines, high volume, zero room for hesitation. I learned how to execute quickly without sacrificing craft and quality which is a skill that still shapes how I work today.

Most recently, I completed my Master’s in Information Design and Strategy at Northwestern University, specializing in UX frameworks. That experience deepened my approach from visual execution to systems thinking. Research, infrastructure, behavioral insight, and the architecture behind every moving piece. It was the final layer that completed my evolution into a strategic creative visionary.

Today, I bring all of it together: expert-level craftsmanship and quality, executive-level brand strategy, and experience design thinking to build brands that are not only beautiful, but built to compete at the highest level.
