ABOUT THE BRAND

Jill’s work is intimate, high-touch, and transformational. But her digital presence was fragmented. She had separate tools, disconnected touchpoints, and a lack of cohesion in her system holding it all together.

Even though our ultimate end-all goal was to eventually build an app for her clients, we first had to build a foundation. 

I created a unified brand and service blueprint that maps her entire client journey, from first discovery to graduation and referral. Every touchpoint was intentionally designed to feel seamless, private, and deeply aligned with her healing work.

The focus was long-term scalability. I aimed to design a brand and experience system strong enough to evolve into a fully integrated app where content, booking, messaging, and client progress all speak to each other and feel unmistakably Jill no matter where someone first encounters her.
